The CHW water level meter tells a sorry tale for water storage in the Ballarat region in Victoria. As of the writing of this post , the water level is at 12.6% of capacity. Other local regions aren't doing much better.
CHW are doing plenty do reduce water usage in the region. Project Aquarius has been setup to replace 5000 homes with water saving devices such as shower heads and tap fittings.

my wife and i have been watching our neighbour at [edited] for weeks watering her garden for hours on end, we would like to no if this is ok because our garden or should i say dust bowl could do with 100’s of litres of drinking water as well, we have tried to find a site to complain about this to but, i cant find one so if i dont get an answer about the water usage i would amagine that this is ok thank you
Thanks for the comment Peter. I’d prefer that you not “out” people on this website. Instead I suggest you call Central Highlands Water and ask that they visit your neighbour.
