Grey Water Guerrillas – Make your own greywater system

Here's an interesting article on an underground greywater movement promoting the re-use of greywater from the shower and laundry.  The gray water guerrillas website is dedicated to promoting the re-use of water from your shower and laundry.  Check it our for some great pointers for setting up your own greywater system at home.

I live in regional victoria and my grey water tip: get grey water washing machine hose from supermarket attach it to your washing machine draining hose keep it going down hill as much as possible, then attach a larger hose connector to the other end (it takes a bit of elbow grease to get it on but perserver and you will then you can click a cheap sprinkler and when the washing machine empties you have got fairly good pressure to run the sprinkler , you can also add more of the hoses together to have more reach but you probably will need to put a bit of tarzan grip glue to hold together
