The D’MAND hot water circulation system will help save you water by delaying the flow of water from your hot water tap until it’s actually hot.
The D’MAND System is turned on when someone activates the pump with any one of a number of methods. The Hot Water D’MAND System pumps the hot water to the plumbing fixtures, once hot water reaches the pump, the System detects a 3°C temperature rise and completely shuts off so there is no loss of energy or water.

Sounds like i need to look for something simular to this for my new flat. Also must be greener which of couse everyone should look into with new builds.
