Hi, welcome to GetGreen, a water conservation and energy conservation website focused on providing information on how to save water and energy in the home and office.  We aim to provide tips and information as well as links to products and services that can help you save water, save energy, save our planet and save a little money in the process.

Living in the driest populated country on earth, we need to learn how to conserve water and we need to start doing it now. If we want our water reserves to increase, our gardens to flourish and our world to be greener we need to find ways and means of using less water.

Long term drought and subsequent water restrictions in Australia’s southern states has forced people to be more mindful of their water usage. GetGreen aims to provide valuable resource to help educate people on the variety of water saving products and practices available in Australia.

Same goes for energy usage.  The more non-renewable energy we use, the more carbon we pump into the atmosphere, the more we contribute to the green house effect and the worse off our planet is.
